1. Sales Associates: Duties will include making lead generation, sales presentations, trade shows. Classic sales position for a focused individual who has a broad industry knowledge, advertising and marketing base. Commission based, no cap!

2. Telesales Associates: Make sales calls for clients to generate appointments, interest and name recognition. This is a non-classical telesales position for the individual who can make calls, listen, have empathy and gently hit needed client objectives and expectations. Hourly and/or hourly with incentives.
Responsibilities:
• To provide customers with a great experience
• Assist in lead generation for client sales team(s)
• Must be able to follow training guidelines
• Able to work US business times zones
• Outbound sales calls only
• Database update (accuracy essential), follow-up.
• Recording and reporting client feedback.
Requirements:
• Must have demonstrated success in telesales / cold-calling
• Excellent communications skills (extremely fluent in written and spoken English)
• Outstanding listening and questioning techniques
• Must have a hunger for sales
• Friendly, confident and professional
• Self-starter, has initiative, organisational skills, and ability to meet targets
• AT LEAST 6 MONTHS to 1 YEAR OUTBOUND CALLING or B2B SALES experience
• Interested candidates MUST have the following technical resources at home to qualify for this position:
An up to speed computer, either desktop or laptop
A fast and stable DSL connection with at least 700+kbps of Download and 512kbps of Upload speed
A good quality headset
Printer and scanner will work on your advantage but not required
